Registration's terms and conditions The registrations are opened from April 15th until July 1st, 2014, last deadline
Everybody interested in the theme of the satellite meeting can join individually without being a member of IFLA. The students and the professionals of museums are welcome.
Registration fees available for the Satellite meeting : 130 euros
(+ 40 euros in case of participation to the "gala dinner " on 12th August).
This rate includes the attendance in both receptions organized on August 13th and 14th, the allocation of a public transportation ticket for the 3 days Satellite meeting, a notebook of welcome with documentation on the planned visits and the speakers's entire texts of their talks, as well as French/English translators being in meeting room during the exchanges.
In order to register, you are invited to create an individual user account on the website and then, go to "my space "in order to complete the form online.Until the satellite meeting's opening, you will have to keep carefully this identification to be able to receive informations, confirmations or possible changes .
All registration form completed will be regarded as a final booking.
The payment of registration fees can be made online or by wire transfer payable to the Accounts Officer of the INHA . Please indicate your name and the structure / institution and add " IFLA " when making the transfer.
The purchase order must be sent immediatly after the registration to iflaparisfinances@inha.fr. After having received your payment, INHA Administration will send to you an invoice.

Several possibilities will be proposed during the satellite meeting to make discover or better know the Art libraries of Paris and their collections, associated with this project .
According to the number of the registered participants, the organizing committee reserves the right to modify or to delete groups initially planned on the program. The already registered people will be informed by e-mail of these possible changes. For the last morning dedicated to the presentation of collections and spaces of the BNF( National Library of France): Departments of Art collections on the Richelieu and François-Mitterrand sites offer the possibility of choosing - by site- between 2 different themes of visits.
The participants more particularly interested in the Richelieu site collections can go at 11:30 am on the site François-Mitterrand and join all the participants for a choice of 2 special visits organized for this pre-conference 2014 in spaces of Public level and Research level.
In the course of June, will be posted on-line, all the ways of transportation to access individually on the scene visits. |
